Boasting the highest heat output in its category you can showcase this fireplace with either the Northern Woods Log Set or Acrylic Crystals or combine the two for an amazing display. You have 3 different ways to install the unit each providing its own unique appearance. There are 2 glass side panels included with the unit that can be used to make the fireplace a 3-sided, 2-sided or 1-sided installation. The choice is yours based on installation restrictions and your desired end look. The fireplace wiring options include 120/240V Direct-Wire. If you hard wire 240V you’ll achieve up to 10,000 BTUs of supplemental heat which is the highest heat output in its category.

The Napoleon TriVista Primis Electric Fireplace has 3 different flame color options and multiple brightness settings to help you create the perfect ambiance for your space and to showcase the dazzling flame effect. Additional lighting options include 13 ember bed color combinations and 13 top lighting color options as well. Included with the unit is both a crystal ember bed and driftwood log set and glass ember bed. You can pick the look that best fits your preference and décor. A multi-function remote control is included, allowing for easy operation of the fireplace from virtually anywhere in your room.

Freight Shipments are Curbside Delivery in a residential area. You may/will need assistance to move the package indoors or you might unbox the shipment and carry each piece inside individually. Some drivers will assist in getting a shipment into a garage or carport but not required to do so. If you require Inside Delivery, please notify us at the time of placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for a damaged shipment if it is not noted as such on the driver's delivery receipt. Damage must be noted at the time of delivery.
