The Dimplex Nova 28-In Multi-Fire XHD Plug-In Electric Fireplace Insert is the perfect blend of contemporary styling with advanced technology, resulting in a truly remarkable artificial fireplace experience. This larger sized firebox features a modern acrylic ice ember bed that beautifully reflects both the flame and ember bed lighting for a dazzling display. The bright and full flames rise high and wide for a truly stunning display, while controllable flame speed and brightness levels allow for a more customized overall experience. For added customization, multiple ember bed lighting color themes can be selected to give your fireplace unique "pizzazz" with your choices of preset blue, green, purple and red.

The XHD firebox also features an integrated ceramic heater that creates supplemental heat for rooms up to 1000 Sq. Ft. This ceramic heat is similar to infrared, but is more energy efficient, using 11% less energy. You'll be able to take the chill out of your room with just the press of a button for instant and soothing warmth. Alternatively, the heat function can be operated independently from the flame effects meaning you can enjoy the heat without flame effect (ideal for bedrooms or while sleeping), as well as the flame effect without heat (giving you option for year-round operation). For easy operation of the unit and its plethora of features, a multi-function remote control is included. For your convenience, an on-screen digital display indicates the functions, temperature settings and on/off timer for easy-to-read visual confirmation on the unit itself.
